Q – Why change the old site?

A.  We want our website to be welcoming and convenient – just like our offices. So, we’ve created a website that reflects that.

B.  It’s also very important that you are able to bank the way you want to, when you want to. We’ve created a website that will make it easier to find what you're looking for and access all the information and resources you need using any device.

Q – What’s new?

A.  We’ve tried to create a website with a fresh new look that is mobile responsive, user-friendly, easy to navigate, and includes some modern features that are useful and functional.

B.  A big change we're excited about is that our entire site is now responsive, which means that no matter what size computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone you use, the site will always be easy to read and easy to use.

C. We are proud to have an enhanced Security Center, complete with the video "Identity Theft for Business" that addresses different scam tactics that are prevalent today. We also have a new Education Center. Here you will find educational videos and demos for our products such as Online Banking, Online Payments, eStatements and more!

Q – Does this change in the website affect my online or mobile banking access?

A. Not at All!

Main Bank site: You will still be able to log in from our home page or by clicking on the lock button on any page on the Main site. Your user name and password are the same.

Trust Department clients: You will access your accounts the same way you did before, by visiting the Trust & Financial Services home page or by clicking on the lock button on any of the other pages within the Trust & Financial Services navigation. Your username and password are the same.

Q – Is this a new web address?

A.  Why, yes. Thanks for noticing! We’ve simplified our web address (www.capeannsavings.bank) to make it easier to visit us. This web address also provides enhanced security, making your accounts even safer than ever. The .Bank registration can only be registered to financial institutions, again adding an additional layer of security for our customers. Security is number one!

There’s no need to memorize anything new. If you use our old web address you will be automatically taken to the new site quickly and securely. But, we hope you find the new address is just too simple to forget! Note: To visit the new website directly without being redirected, please update your bookmarks from www.capeannsavingsbank.com to www.capeannsavings.bank.
