Kaitlin started her journey in banking as a student teller at Cape Ann Savings Bank’s Gloucester Educational Branch at Gloucester High School. After graduation, Kaitlin worked at Cape Ann Savings Bank in a part-time capacity while attending college full time. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSA), followed by earning a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA), both from Merrimack College. In addition to her degrees, Kaitlin is immensely proud to hold the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Before re- joining Cape Ann Savings Bank, Kaitlin was employed by Baker Newman Noyes, an accounting and advisory firm, as a Senior Associate (level 3), primarily in the Financial Institution Industry.
When asked about returning to the Cape Ann Savings Bank team, Kaitlin replied, "I’m excited to return to an organization that is committed to serving the local community. The relationships I built here early in my career have always stayed with me, and I look forward to continuing to grow those connections and make a meaningful impact in this new role."

Kaitlin, a native of Gloucester currently resides in Stoneham, MA. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys being creative, enjoying the outdoors and local beaches and looks forward to immersing herself in the local community.
