Our Main Office lobby and Main Street Walk Up Window is open with restrictions. Please keep in mind that our ATMs, Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking services are available 24/7. Night Drop Depository service is available at all office locations.

*Drive Through ATM & Drive-through Night Drop Depository Box access is available 24/7. *To avoid the daily Drive-through teller service congestion, our Granite Branch ATM and Night Depository are better accessed before and after business hours.

MAIN OFFICE, 109 MAIN STREET, GLOUCESTER: Lobby is open with restrictions.
Customers will enter and exit only via the Rogers Street elevator entrance. The following services will remain "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY": Customer Service, Lending, New Account opening, Notary Public (current customers), and Safe Deposit Box access. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR SERVICE. Main Street Walk Up Window is open as follows: 1 person at the Walk Up Window and 1 ATM customer will be allowed in the vestibule at a time. Please maintain at least 6 feet of social distance while waiting in all areas. No lobby entry or exiting will be allowed via the Main Street entrance.

MANCHESTER, 17 BEACH STREET, MANCHESTER: Lobby is open for limited access for Teller transactions. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR SERVICE. No more than 2 people will be allowed in the lobby at a time. APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR: Customer Service, Lending, New Account Opening, and Notary Public (current customers). Please call 978-526-7122 to speak with a staff member. Please maintain at least 6 feet of social distance.

Beware of Scams!

Please be aware that with the coronavirus pandemic, and the stress and fear that may come from it, it is the perfect time for scam artists to try to pray on people's vulnerabilities. Please be vigilant in protecting yourself when it comes to emails, calls and persons/companies trying to push a product or service. Scam artists may also act fraudulently, posing as an official organization, like a Bank, the IRS, Social Security Administration, or Census Bureau. Do not give out your information! Please note, that the Bank and such organizations would never call or email you, asking for personal information, account numbers or debit card information. Be careful when answering your door! Don't fall victim to someone posing as an authorized agent from the 2020Cencus bureau. When in doubt, don't give information out!
